Trying to enter the property caused problems. We arrived quite late and entered the front door via a code number. We had been sent a picture of a little door underneath the stairs without any reference to a key being hidden there. We rang the number we had been given. Alexandra, the host's wife answered but wasn't happy to have to take a call so late. We found the key but it broke in the lock so we had to ring back. A very irate wife told us not to ring this number again. I don't know who we were supposed to ring. Putin? Eventually Filipo arrived and was pleasant. Let us in and brought sheets for an extra bed. We enjoyed Bologna very much but hassle on arrival didn't help.

Very spacious and cozy apartment. The beds were very comfortable. It was located it one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Bologna. Perfect for even 5-6 people to leave in.

The biggest issue that we had was the humidity. Also in the bathroom we had no much space for our stuff but on the other hand the shower had a lot of space and it was very comfortable.
