The location is superb. The apartment is privately owned in a hotel. Comfortable. Great view and good facilities. I would certainly stay here again. Really enjoyed our stay.

Not sure about the glass coffee table.

Beautiful view and location …so easy to walk the viaduct and use the restaurants and bars

We are older so it was a bit challenging getting the tv to cast from our phone but that was an us issue

We were quite disappointed with our stay. The extractor fans in both bathrooms didn’t work, which made the entire place extremely humid and uncomfortable when using the dryer or washing machine. It’s actually against building standards to have bathrooms without proper ventilation. On top of that, when we locked the door from inside, our key tag stopped working. The property manager told us we had to pay $100 to open the door — even though the reception downstairs simply came up and opened it with their own tag within minutes. This charge felt like a total rip-off. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend staying here. If you want to book this property, it’s better to go directly through The Sebel Hotel, not through private listings on Booking.com — otherwise, you risk extra unfair charges for minor issues.
