A sujidade e a falta de limpeza, bem como a falta de estacionamento e o ruído dos vizinhos.

The apartment is in good condition, everything as on the pictures, kitchen well equipped for cooking, good option for 2 persons. The bed is big enough. The host Benedetto is very responsive, provided clear instructions how to find the place and was available for our questions. The location is great, in proximity to the beach 15 min. walking, as well as historical center is very close, also 5 min walk is the best arancini rosteria Pollero da Roberto which offers good choice of cicillian aranchini with different fillings. All needed stuff like shampoo, shower gel, dish liquid, capsule for laundering were provided by the host. Welcome water much appreciated.

Very good location, close to the port, train, transportation and bus. You could also hire a bike nearby. Worth the price.

Sehr gute , zentrale Lage

Sehr kleine „Küche“, sehr kleiner Tisch zum Essen. Im Hof lag Müll. Es war sehr laut insbesondere am späten Abend. Ausstattung zwar alles da aber relativ „karg“. Im Bereich des Bettes konnte man nicht aufrecht stehen. Verfärbte Wände im Wohnbereich ( wahrscheinlich durch Wasserschaden)

Pekný, novo prerobený apartmán, ústretový a nápomocný majiteľ Benedetto, skvelá lokalita neďaleko prístavu.

Vo výbave apartmánu mi chýbal otvárak na víno a dva poháriky na víno. Susedia, trvale bývajúci nad apartmánom, sú vcelku hluční, čo je na druhej strane príjemne autentické. Ale sťahovanie nábytku pred pol nocou, bolo dosť rušivé. Hlavný nedostatok - neporiadok na uliciach v okolí apartmánu. Ten neporiadok je žiaľ asi problém celej Sicílie. Taká krásna krajina a toľko odpadkov v uliciach... Následkom toho, nám vznikol problém Rattatuil... Potkan v kuchynskej linke.... Toto bol celkom vtipný zážitok, napriek tomu, že to na prvý pohľad vyzerá trochu "drsne". Apartmán je čistý. Rattatuil tam nebol preto, že by tam bol neporiadok. Zrejme tam vbehol počas upratovania apartmánu. Benedetto ho operatívne metlou vyprevadil von do ulíc :). Rovnakým spôsobom sa nám zrejme dostal do izby šváb. Žiaľ toto je daň za špinu a bordel v uliciach.

Studio fonctionnel, bien décoré et bien équipé (petit four, plaque de cuisson, machine à laver, air conditionné)

L’odeur des égouts est très forte et dérangeante. Les oreillers devraient être remplacés. Pour un séjour de 9 nuits, il aurait été appréciable de trouver un minimum de produits de base afin de pouvoir utiliser la cuisine et les équipements (sel, poivre, huile, sacs poubelles, lessive, shampooing, savon). Rien n’était disponible, et nous avons dû tout acheter puis laisser en partant, sans que cela bénéficie aux prochains voyageurs. Enfin, il serait utile de préciser dans l’annonce que le premier parking gratuit se situe à environ 15 minutes de marche.

10 minutes walk from main pedestrian street, restaurant and shops area, 5 minutes walk from docks and buses. Supermarket 5 minutes walk, two streets behind the apartment.
