It is a small apartment in a newer building (possibly from the 70ies), furnished with an artsy look that mirros the interests of the owner.

In spite of the name, this no "luxury" accommodation - in fact all the equipment (heating, kitchen, washer, etc) is quite old, even if still functional.

Location is awesome, there's a train, shops and beach nearby. Terrace/balkony to enjoy coffee and some food

Fewer options to eat but Rome is just 30 minutes away. Bed in living room was extremely uncomfortable. The one in bedroom was ok.
