Beautiful home with good finishings, all the needed appliances and accessories, Air conditioning in all the rooms

Not enough lounging space for everyone to sit comfortably together at the same time and socialise, only enough for 5 people despite housing for 8-10. Only supplied one toilet roll per toilet and you are expected to supply your own toilet paper. No beach or swimming towels. Felt like the house was staged to look good rather than to live in eg fake staging books on the shelves

The managing agent is not easily accessible. Whats apps are answered hours after being sent and I had to call almost daily to rectify the same problem with cleaning. There doesn't seem to be a record of client requests. Each agent approaches the situation from the very start which is a waste of time for guests. Despite requesting early check-in, I was denied and further delayed on the day by an hour because previous guests had apparently left the unit in a state. I was informed about this merely hours before my arrival which meant I'd had to aimlessly wander with my two children while the unit was cleaned. The first clean was not done properly as the room downstairs had false eyelashes and hair on the floor. The pre-paid cleaning was an absolute disaster. I had to call every day to remind the operations team to schedule a clean and change the linen. Apparently, the agent is quick to take your money but not very effective in ensuring its used wisely. Cleaning was variable depending on the staff on a particular day. One wanted to use the wifi, the other complained that the air conditioning was off. This was due to two days of general outages in sheffield and surrounding areas and certainly no fault of ours. Despite my many complaints. I was simply passed on to the next agent. When I requested a late check out I was denied as the unit needed to be cleaned for the next guests. Certainly not a courtesy I was afforded on my arrival.

Beautiful property spacious, quiet and good view

The agent clearly did not understand security protocol in the property and was not great. Delays entering the property. Were not able to do deliveries groceries or restaurant as we did not have security codes. Also cleaning was very bad.
