Loved the location and backyard and views. Also loved the way it was presented and the little extras.

View was excellent. Comfortable. Appreciated the tea and coffee. Would have liked one or two more towels but no biggie.

This has to be one of our most pleasurable holidays! The position is staggeringly beautiful with stunning views across the tops of the bush and lawn to the Hauraki gulf. The large terrace was ideal for BBQs and as we were visiting family in NZ ; ideal for having them over. The property itself offered comfortable and clean accommodation with facilities to make it your ‘home away from home’. We did stay for 2 weeks and it felt like we were leaving home when we left. The neighbours on all sides were tremendously welcoming, inviting us in for drinks on a number of occasions. Although the drive is very steep it is manageable and easy to manoeuvre once you get to know it. The hosts were extremely friendly and offered extra services as we were staying a longer than usual time. However this was not necessary as there were washing facilities in site. . We would thoroughly recommend thus accommodation to anyone wishing to experience the beauty of staying in a waterside NZ home. We can’t to return and are recommend more family to stay as it does accommodate families.

Very unfriendly surrounding neighbours. Unhappy smile from top lady on arrival Over the top comments in regard to parking. Bottom neighbour was noisey with morning hangings of repair to vehicle. Which broke the lovely serenity of the location and our trip. Lots of dampness and mould around windows. Needs a little TLC bit drabby for similar $$ and places we have stayed tbh. Deck and railings need some touch ups. Sad to see bbq was really unclean unable to use as we're planning nice bbq for dinner.

Proximity to the sea was fabulous. Very comfortable couch. Basic kitchen.

It had a bit of a musty scent. Could have used another towel or two. Bit of a ‘stairmaster’ to get to the water.

This home was peaceful and private with beautiful views over the water. The bedding was clean, cosy and comfortable, while the kitchen was equipped with all the essentials including fresh coffee! We absolutely loved our stay here and wished we had more time to explore the area.

There was a slight smell of damp in the place when we first arrived.

Inside table to eat when weather not good. Driveway. Having to go through one bedroom to get to the bathroom in the night.
