The Middleton Beach Lodge

Location was great, modern facilities within the apartment and comfortable living space.

The main entrance door is very heavy and slams shut loudly which shakes the whole apartment. We were careful of this during our stay, so not to disturb the other two apartments. Unfortunately there was not the same courtesy from others, which meant on occasions both ourselves and our 4 year old were disturbed during the night. Some signage or mention of this during communication would hopefully avoid this for others.

Excellent position, 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Modern decor, everything you need for a great stay, very quiet, great sleep.

Loved the location of the flat between the harbour and beach - no view but literally everything on your doorstep. Modern flat and loved the upside down living.

No parking and closest car park is constantly full making packing and unpacking tricky carrying everything through town. Parking is £16.50 per day to park

The location and the interior was good

We should have been advised in advance of the lack of vehicle access, the distance to carry luggage etc and the steep spiral staircase. The access road was full of rubbish and litter and detailed instructions as to location would be useful as it was difficult to find

Fab location. In the centre of town close to shops, restaurants, pubs etc but also really close to the beach. Very attentive host.

everything was very good

Modern interior, nicely decorated and well appointed. Lovely bathroom with a good shower. It was surprisingly light and airy.

Tricky to find down a narrow dark part of Lower Street, bedroom a bit dark.

Perfect little space for 3 night. Nicely equipped for breakfast and dinner which we had in the apartment. Fabulous location. Loved the tiling in the bathroom!

Not a problem for us but important to know no parking. Main bed good - extra put me up less so.
