Hanguk Lanka Lagoon Villa

Sandhu ci ha accolti nella sua splendida villa in modo ineccepibile. La nostra stanza era molto pulita e confortevole, immersa nel verde e molto tranquilla. Abbiamo fatto colazione e cena in struttura, in entrambi i casi era tutto ottimo. Per qualsiasi esigenza Sandhu si è reso disponibile per aiutarci e ci ha fatto vivere una meravigliosa esperienza di avvistamento delle tartarughe. La struttura si trova vicino ad una immensa spiaggia quasi deserta, perfetta per rilassarsi.

This family run hotel is just awesome. A great superfriendly family that looks after you as family. The villa is a great comfortable size with a huge bed, fridge, airconditioning, fan hot water and even a blowdryer, badminton game, closet, tea facilities. They check in on you several times and clean the room on request. The outside porch was really lovely with great seats and a daybed, we enjoyed the view on the lovely garden with peacocks and monkeys.

Très beaux bungalows propres et confortables dans un magnifique jardin, au calme et à 800m de la plage (en partant sur la droite à la plage, 200m de plus et baignde possible abritée par une barrière de rochers). Une de plus belles parties de la longue pkage de Tangalle à note avis. Vous pouvez même rejoindre le centre de Tangalle à pieds par la plage en marchant 3 km de plus. Peu de touristes quand nous sommes venus, calme et sérénité ! Le propriétaire est réactif et aide à organiser vos déplacements. Nous avons trouvé la cuisine excellente (dîners, pas testé le PDJ). Nous avons prolongé le séjour car nous étions tellement bien !

Peaceful stay amongst a tranquil garden, 5 mins walking to the beach. The hosts were so kind and helped us with anything we needed. They even booked our onward transport and got us a good price. The restaurant serves delicious food (and big portions). They offered us a red torch to look for turtles hatching in the evening. It’s in a quiet area in tangalle away from the tourist resorts. We spent a whole day at the beach and hardly saw anyone. There are lots of good options for a drink or some food in the local area (run by locals mostly from what we found). I highly recommend Sha Sha Seafood, they brought a selection of fresh fish/tiger prawns out for us to choose from before ordering!

I didn’t realise about the extra tax added on for payment - this is visible on booking.com, I just didn’t clock it! It’s only a small amount.

Le meilleur rapport qualité prix de notre séjour ! Tout est presque parfait, la chambre est spacieuse, impeccable, et très bien équipé. La salle de bain est d’un standing supérieur Le bungalow dispose d’une petite terrasse très sympathique. Le tout dans un jardin luxuriant. (Le petit robinet extérieur pour se nettoyer les pieds est super pratique) Les dîners et petits déjeuner sont très bons. Sandhu vous accueil et réponds à toutes vos demandes. Il a été super, merci à lui et tout le personnel. Logement à 10 minutes de la plage.

Die Hütte ist phänomenal. Sauberkeit, Größe, Ausstattung, einfach super. Dazu kommt noch, dass die Familie super lieb und super hilfsbereit und bemüht ist, dass man dort einfach eine gute Zeit hat. Zum Schildkröten-Suchen hat er uns eine Rotlichtlampe geliehen, ohne die wir den Strand nicht hätten betreten dürfen. Auch die Preise für Frühstück, Dinner und Wäsche sind sehr anständig. Ein super Ort zum Runterkommen.

Einziger Minuspunkt: die Lage. Rundherum sind ein paar weitere Restaurants und Gasthäuser, sonst aber wenig. Das hat uns aber nichts weiter ausgemacht. Für 2 Nächte und das Beobachten von Schildkröten ist die Lage top.
