Location. It was located in a steep street so our vehicle could not get in, which means luggage needs to be carried. Staff are courteous to help us

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning.And the location was really beautiful ( Mr. Sabesh , Thank you for your great service)

The stay was simply just awesome. The room had a nice view of the lake Gregory and the Lover's Leap waterfall. It was really spacious, clean and cozy. Location is not too far from the city centre, and walling distance to Lake Gregory. The staff was really friendly and they took every measure to make sure that their clients are comfortable. They actually came to pick up me and mom when it got a bit late and couldn't find our way. We are really grateful that they did so ensuring our safety. When it comes to food, I have no words to describe how delicious it was. We ordered Indian food, we got Idli and Dosa with 3 different side dishes. It was simply delicious and too filling. Despite the cold weather that freeze up the Dosa batter, they made sure to serve piping hot food that fits perfectly with the cold weather. Couldn't forget the milk teas they served us as well.. it had the perfect proportion of tea: milk: sugar.

Very accommodating to our small needs. Sabesh was very helpful.

Rooms are neat and clean.Bed linen and bathroom are clean. Service of Mr. Sabesh is excellent. We wanted Idli Dosa by 7.30 for breakfast and he arranged it with a smiling face.

Great place to stay in Nuwara Eliya for families and couples. I went with a friend and we really enjoyed our stay. The service and food was great, we loved the breakfast and the dinner ! The rooms were cozy. The team was very flexible with our changing plans due to weather conditions and prepared a lovely dinner for us super quickly. Sabesh, the caretaker was very helpful! And got us meds from the pharmacy since we weren’t well! Highly recommended ! Thank you and we will be back next time.
