We hadden een prachtige enorme vierpersoons kamer omdat het de laatste beschikbare was. Heel fancy met tv projectie op de grote muur, heerlijke luie stoelen en prachtige badkamer. Er is zelfs een dakterras met uitzicht op de bergen. Was wel de mooiste kamer die we in Japan hebben gehad. En ook aan de prijs , waarschijnlijk omdat het een vierpersoons kamer was.

Heel lastig te vinden omdat het hotel niet duidelijk aangegeven staat. Misschien alleen in het Japans wat we niet meester zijn. Ook was er niemand aanwezig bij de receptie, zodat we onze bagage er maar gewoon gedumpt hebben bij de receptie en onze fietstocht over de eilanden gemaakt hebben. Na afloop kwam alles goed. Het ontbijt is ook nogal vreemd beneden in de koffiezaak.

Nice location, very close to the station and the surrounding areas. Room was fantastic, beds were comfortable and the room was large.

You could only have one keycard, which is difficult when different people want to come and go at different times.

the space we had was exceptional for the price we paid. the beds and facilities were very comfortable. we had enough place for our luggage and could relax as we had a lounge table and comfortable chairs. the location is ok within the main shopping street. staff helped us to carry the luggage up the stairs. the young lady who did the check in was very friendly and her command of english was good, which is not normal in japan

we stayed for three nights and the breakfast was the same every day. a kind of caesar's sald, bread and some sweet rolls., cereals. No jam or honey, just butter. that was boring. No japanese option. In addition you could only get either one fruit juice or one hot drink. they charge if you ask for a refill. we would have preferred a NO breakfast option. our room had nearly no natural light as the window faced another building, but we did not mind, as we were out the whole day and night comes early in november

The location was good: close to the station and on the shopping street. Neat where we picked up bikes for the Shimanonkaido. Our room/ meant to be a family room so was spacious for two people. Nice view from roof. Though roof area was not in use .

No elevator and we were on third floor. To get to breakfast room you had to go outside and swap slippers for shoes - seemed to have an adjoining door but wasn’t used. Breakfast was weird - salad, soup and bread. No protein which is strange given its proximity to the Shimano kaido. No real personal attention; the front desk wasn’t staffed when we checked out so we had to call on cafe staff.

Great location, lovely breakfast, gorgeous rooftop deck.
