- apartamentul este foarte spatios, amenajat cu mult bun gust de catre cineva cu un simt estetic deosebit; ne-am cazat de doua ori aici; - este aproape de Afi Cotroceni - max. 5 min. pe jos; - are toate facilitatile necesare; - raportul calitate pret este unul bun; - patul si pernele sunt confortabile; - este de apreciat curatenia, in contextul in care stilul de amenajare eate cu rafturi deschise, vesela expusa, cu muschi, etc...

- nu exista parcare privata; sunt cateva locuri nemarcate, care pot fi folosite de nerezidenti; a doua oara cand ne-am cazat am parcat destul de departe, din lipsa de spatiu liber in apropiere; - toaleta este prea inalta, incomoda; - cadrul patului este mult iesit fata de saltea si are colturi metalice; eu m-am ranit luand curba pe langa pat; - cada este insulara si nu are perdea (din motive de estetica, presupun), astfel incat in momentul dusului se stropeste toata podeaua, sporind riscul de accidentare; am solicitat si ni s-a promis un mop, pentru a putea absorbi excesul de apa, dar nu am primit.
