Hotel Nalanda Guest House

Had a horrible experience at the Nalanda Guest House. The rooms were dirty with too many spiders and hundreds of mosquitoes. Even the toilet was dirty. The staff were courteous but didn’t have any professional expertise. The food was horrible and we all fell ill due to stomach issues. Whereas the price of the food was high and erratically charged.

Friendly and helpful staff, good restaurant. We were very grateful to receive a recommendation for our next destination from the owner. The manager at reception was very attentive to our needs.

Greater attention to cleanliness would improve this hotel, although the staff were very obliging and happily helpful when we asked them to change the bedding for us.

The behaviour of the manager Mr. Rakesh Kumar, the food quality, the rooms are too good. The location is the best

Rooms which was given me having bad smell of water seepage through walls. Once I told them problem staff changed my room. My point is that customers must be offered excellent service so they should have comfortable ambience without telling any problem to staff.RO water dispensers to be kept at every floor of hotel. Supplying only mineral water bottles should not be part of business.

Very clean , good food, super friendly staff

It was well located, not far from the train station and the archeological site. The hotel was a bit apart from the main road therefore it has a quite location that offered us a nice night rest. In the bathroom we had hot water and high pressure. The room had a king size comfortable bed with a nice mattress

The hotel staff did not clean the hallway, the garbage bins were never emptied and the rest of our dinner remained outside from our door for the whole night. We brought it down the follow day. The staff was not really aware of what to do. The food was not very tasty. Communication problems in English were quiet evident.

Humble and kind host. Specious rooms. Breakfast was delicious.
