High-Design Downtown Loft

The space is very comfortable and situated conveniently downtown. Beds were fairly comfortable, while the furnishings were modern, chic and very comfortable.

The space is just loud. Given it's location in the alleyway, people would walk by or sleep in the alley all night long. The host do provide earplugs, which is very thoughtful. Its hard to block out the trash truck though that rolls through at 6 am.

We absolutely love this loft. The furniture design is amazing. Very uptown chic but still a cozy feel. The loft was stocked with so many extra essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. The sound machine and eye mask was an extra nice touch although we didn’t need it. It was nice that the owners had considered it just to ensure your stay was comfortable. There is absolutely nothing the owners could have done to make this loft more enjoyable. The only negative was just was some have mentioned. There are several homeless people that sleep right outside across from the loft. We were NEVER approached or threatened at all. It was just sad to see but they were friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this loft to others.

The property had a well stocked kitchen. Also, quality items can be found throughout such as the pillows, bed linens, towels, mattress, etc. These items made for a very comfortable stay. We opted to cook dinners in as we had everything needed to do so. Also, the unit had a water filter pitcher which was a thoughtful addition. The unit provided ground coffee, coffee beans and sugar, teas, coffee pot as well as a French press. Which was very convenient for us. Noise does not carry from one sleeping space to another which was a minor concern I had based simply on the pictures. Fans are accessible in each sleeping space as well as a noise machine. The unit also supplied ear plugs and eye covers. Aesthetically, the decor and furniture provided a nice experience as well. The available parking was another detail I had mild concerns with as it’s offsite, however, it proved unfounded. The parking spot was maybe five minute walk around the corner of the unit. Very manageable and in what seemed to be a secure location.

Overall great rental.

I am a 50 y/o man and was traveling with my 2 adult children whom are both female. There are several people who use the alley that this units entrance is on as a place to sleep out doors at night. Two feelings I had: 1: Nervousness to leave my to kids alone in the apartment. (I have no problem with homeless people, but having experience with them, they can be all over the map behaviorally speaking. There was one gentleman in the area, not our alley, who screams little Little Wayne, but he did not bother us.) 2: I felt like a real shit bag watching people sleep in 23 degree weather while I slept in comfort. (Probably a me issue, might be a you issue) I want to reiterate 2 things, the loft was nice, and the neighbors were NO HASSLE TO US AT ALL, in fact they were pleasant and kind.

Very convenient downtown location. Spacious, well equipped kitchen and very comfortable master bed.
