property is good but maintenance required.. food is costly dont know what basis they are taking taxes on food we ordered pakoda the cost is 250 they charged 100 rupees extra for .. its just a hand return bill . we paid 350 for that .

I liked absolutely nothing about the property other than the roof which was extremely unkempt, and it's not even their roof, it's Shambhu villas's roof, you just get access to it. The only thing I did partially like was maybe the person sitting at reception was trying to be helpful in certain things, he's a decent manager but even then nothing good came out of it.

The property was awful, we had to call 7-8 times for one room service request, the phones didn't work, the washroom's smelt like rotten fish, they aren't keen on taking care of anything, no body sits at reception you have to walk to Shambhu villas, it's not safe as the main gate is always just open without any surveillance. The bedsheets weren't as clean. The breakfast provided only has like 2 horrible options of meal, that too cold food. I LOOKED AT THE PROPERTY AND I SAW NEGATIVE RATINGS FOR SERVICE AND I THOUGHT HOW BAD COULD IT BE AND I BOOKED REGARDLESS- DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE CAUSE IT IS EXTREMELY HORRIBLE.
