"Disappointing and disgusting also a security risk"

Our room was on the back of the property that you couldn’t access from parking area. We got to room and the door wouldn’t close so it was a security risk and as we explored the room we realized the refrigerator was broken and when we opened it the stench inside overwhelmed the room. The room was filthy and was not as described.

"AVOID THIS PLACE"

I liked getting out of that place

I didn't like finding a dead rat underneath of the mini refrigerator as I opened the door to feel if it were to be cold enough to my liking. IT WORKED FINE if you consider it a rat trap. TOOK MANAGEMENT OVER 10 MINS TO GET OVER TO MY ROOM TO EVEN SEE WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT, FOR SOME REASON HE DIDN'T BELIEVE ME. HOTEL MANAGER CAME IN WITH A DUST PAN AND BROOM, NO DISINFECTANT OF ANY KIND BESIDES A CHUCKLE AND "SORRY" AS HE DEPARTED MY ROOM WITH THE CARCUS. I ALMOST IMMEDIATELY WAS PACKED LIKE CHECK OUT TIME CAME EARLY. I WAS NOT REFUNDED, I WAS DENIED MY MONEY FROM BOTH THE MOTEL AND BOOKING.COM, I PAID BOOKING.COM DIRECTLY AND THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE UP WITH THE MOTEL. THE MOTEL TELLS ME TAKE IT UP WITH BOOKING.COM. THE ONLY COMPENSATION THE MANAGEMENT WAS WILLING TO DO WAS PUT ME IN ANOTHER ROOM SAME LOCATION. UNACCEPTABLE. BOOKING.COM IS FOUL FOR ALLOWING THIS TO OCCUR AND NOT ISSUE ME PAYMENT CLAIMING THE MOTEL ALREADY TRANSFERRED THE MONEY, THAT WAS BEYOND ME. I SIMPLY STATED THAT BEING IN AN UNINHABITABLE LOCATION DEEMED ME ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND BUT THE GUY LITERALLY TOLD ME NO HE WOULD NOT PAY ME. THIS IS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I WASN'T CHECKED INTO THE ROOM FOR NO MORE THAN 10 MINS UPON NOTICING THE RAT HEAD STICKING OUT FROM THE FRIDGE. NEED I SAY MORE? I AM OUT OF ALMOST $100 BECAUSE OF GREED AND LACK OF COURTESY.

"A place to park yourself at an affordable price."

Very basic accomodations at a very reasonable price just a few minutes away from where we needed to be. I would recommend it to anyone on a tight budget. BYOB: bring your own blanket. I saw deer in the woods on the hillside & it was quiet at night.

They could have washed the coffee off the wall. The hair dryer didn't work. And I would have thought that was a safe neighborhood if the guy in the office hadn't been hiding behind bullet-proof plexiglass. Maybe he needed it?
