Modern Luxury Beach House

Location was great , House is beautiful

I was sold a 5 bedroom but the bottom level room leading to the pool wasnt available for some reason

Beautiful home pictures don’t do it justice.

Instructions on how to use the alarm were not clear or detailed enough

I liked the crisp white bed linen and the fresh towels.

Everything was awesome. Swimming pool,rooms were big and comfy

Maybe to consider adding a braaier at the swimming pool

Spacious home and the kitchen was well equipped. Modern clean bathrooms, Clean linen and comfortable pillows. Aircon really made a huge difference in the heat.

The curtains and blinds have mold growing on it, the carpets are all curled up, I tripped numerous times. This once beautiful home needs maintenance done regularly. A generator would really help since power cuts seem to be a problem in Ballito. The main bedrooms bed is so hard and bouncy, every movement my husband made I could feel. The ice maker was filthy so we never used it. The walls around the pool area need to be raised for privacy. The entertainment area has no shade, Braai needs to be maintained and rusted parts to be replaced. Stairs to the pool are very steap and dangerous.

Chipped crockery i.e coffee mugs only 2 out of 8 was not chipped, wine glasses and normal glasses were not enough for 8 people , couches not comfortable, Pool was not clean
