no delux king bed rooms and no breakfast included like it says on Booking.com no security at night receptionist was gone by 8 pm would pick up dirty towels and hang them back up instead of fresh ones

Was no Breakfast like you said of booking .com Apparently their was a menu which we did not see for the 10 days we were their. Breakfast for them was yogurt and cantaloupe papaya sometime banana with coffee. we were the only customers their 99 per cent of the time and booked 4 rooms. we asked if their were pancakes or eggs they said yes eggs were an extra cost but pancakes were not we received a bill for our breakfast the second last day of our stay and I showed them the hotel policy were breakfast was include they told us no just yogurt fruit and coffee

They do not take credit cards of any kind which we did not know. Found out when we did massages which again was overcharged from price. We received 3 massages and charged us for 4 I thought it might of been the communication problem. But the front dest new we only had three because he sat with one of the massage therapist for an hour because her partner was giving a massage and she had to wait. So we order 1 couple massage and one person booked one right after us,I understand saving water for laundry but when you but your towels in the shower on the floor it usually means you want fresh towels. They would just pick them up and hang them even when they were dirty which you could see. Deluxe King room no such thing. Double bed in standard room. Some of our friends arrived Jan 1st with reservation and no one was their to let them in. They called the number on the gate and rang door bell we had to let them in and find their room. No receptionist at hotel or security at hotel after 9 pm ????? You were on your own. We forgot our room key on evening back at hotel at 8:45 and nobody their to let us into the room. Hot water was an issue it took 20 -30 min to get any. We were very patient with all our problems chalked it up as lack of communication even with google translator. NO kept say sorry but did nothing about it. They told me it was booking .com who was wrong about breakfast and room description. Did not buy that because it is the hotel who gives description and hotel policy to booking .com. Would be nice to know they did not take credit cards, or give breakfast with room price at beginning of stay not after 10 days.

Privacy and good parking area, which is difficult to find on the area.

Not Hot water in the room to take a shower.

The place is surrounded by construction and they don’t have more than one person in the building we did not like the room the place was empty and the manager refused to let us change (wanted to charge 50%) more for the room did not allow check out

The place is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing.

For been a Hotel Boutique, I would expect to have a least a restaurant/bar. So, If there is not restaurant, at least I would expect to have a minimum of kitchen utensils to cook at the room, since you have to bring your own food, water, coffee, drinks, etc.. The towels on the bathroom were pretty limited. The hotel is advertised as "pet friendly", however, they charge $500 MXP for each pet, so, I wonder if they take care of your pet during your stay. I would expect a more diligent staff.
