"約束を守らないホテル。"

リファのドライヤー、アイロンがあったこと。

禁煙部屋予約したが、当日到着した時に押さえれていないことが発覚。結果同じような部屋の喫煙部屋に通された。それだけでなく、朝食は30分遅れ、スタッフの方から遅れるとの電話はかかってきたが、その時点で20分遅れ、謝罪もなし、「朝食遅れますんで」だけ。担当してくれた方は男性でしたが非常に朝から不愉快でした。
