From one of the most welcoming places in Syros. A lovely touch was the selection of local treats waiting for us in the room, which made up a rich and delicious breakfast with traditional products. And last but not least, the hostess was always available, kind, and attentive—a truly wonderful lady who clearly knows the true meaning of Greek hospitality.

Amazing shower. Lovely decor. Coffee and breakfast items provided. Great location. Homely feel.

Need light above mirror. Need instructions for air conditioning- we are not used to these where we live.

Great location. Clean, tidy and lovely facilities. The hosts were generous and left supplies for us. Very comfortable bedroom area and living space was lovely

It only has a skylight so it is a bit dark and has no views. No problem as it’s moments from the harbour and it’s as advertised but it is worth noting.

Location was brilliant. Just 3 min walk from port. Shower was very small but I'm over 6f2inch. But it worked fine. Fridge freezer was very handy to have.

All the 38 steps upto the room. Sofa bed. Way to low. Flooring upstairs needs fixing down, everytime someone's walking upstairs it made a noise. The bed if above the sofa bed area and breakfast area. seating stools need attention. I fixing come out of one, and that was when I had only picked it up. Idea for a couple, not for four.

Ηταν όλα πολύ καλά! Ευγενική η κυρία που είχε το δωμάτιο. Ηταν στην ώρα της στο check in και μας άφησε να αφήσουμε τα πράγματα στο δωμάτιο. Το δωμάτιο από μόνο του ήταν τέλειο,είχε κυριολεκτικά τα πάντα και ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Η τοποθεσία τέλεια. Κανένα παράπονο ήταν τέλεια η διαμονή μας και θα ξαναπηγαίναμε!

A good location near the port. Syros was a wonderful island to explore. The host generously left the fridge well stocked and the apartment was well equipped. It was decorated stylishly and the facilities were new. The upstairs bed was comfortable.

Please be aware - this property should be called no WINDOWS- not just no view. It was very claustrophobic especially for the children. We never knew what time of day it was, it’s like living in a black hole. We were there for 6 nights and if we had known there was no window (not just ‘no view’) we would never have booked it. There is very little fresh air and ventilation available. The only window opens to a long dark internal corridor. I felt trapped and also concerned from a safety perspective - there would be no escape if there was a fire or other emergency. Only one door in and out of the apartment with no other exit or window, I found it a bit scary especially with kids. We tried to leave after a few days but all other accommodation we could find was fully booked. The futon downstairs was not a comfortable night’s sleep and took over the whole room, leaving no chairs or sofa to relax apart from one hammock chair. All in all, I don’t think it’s a suitable place for a family, perhaps a single person or a couple would be fine here.

Excellent location, the best you can find, exceptional amenities, one TV in the bedroom, one TV in the sitting room, everything we would like to have was already in place. Very polite host, top communication. I would recommend it to anybody.

Bathroom is a little bit small.
