Location is great

This business manages a large number of apartments, but on their Booking.com profile they show only one option—apparently the most attractive one. When making a reservation, there’s no way to know exactly which apartment you’ll be placed in. That’s what happened to us. From the very beginning, we were told that payment had to be made in cash only. That made me uneasy, but not alarmed. Then, as we were already sitting on the plane before takeoff, I received a message saying that the host had canceled our reservation. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that everything was fine, that it was probably some issue with the website, and that our booking was still valid and they were expecting us. Upon arriving in Tbilisi, someone met us and took us—not to the apartment we were expecting—but to another one, and asked for payment upfront. Since it was night and we had no other option, I paid part of the amount. When we asked about the apartment we originally booked, we were told there was a plumbing problem and it had been flooded, so it was uninhabitable. The apartment we received was spacious, but dark, as the only windows were in the two bedrooms. If you closed the bedroom doors, the rest of the place was in darkness. After three nights, we were informed that a technician had been to the original apartment and that we could move there if we wanted. That was the apartment from the pictures. There were indeed signs of water damage, but it was bright and had a beautiful view. We decided to move, spending half a day on the transfer. In both apartments, something didn’t work—the dishwasher in one, the TV and washing machine in the other, plus many small issues. On the last day, we asked to store our luggage until it was time to head to the airport, and they charged us 30 GEL for that. In the end, these guys use Booking.com just for advertising, cancel the reservation at the last moment, ask for cash payments, and lie constantly. The shown apartment is a bait

This apartment is just 10 minutes walk from the old town and 3 minutes walk from the main bus/train stations. It's a beautiful apartment with everything you need provided. It's one of the best booking apartments I've stayed in and the owner is really helpful and attentive to detail. This is an apartment really worth booking. It's central, cosy, modern and a real pleasure to walk into after a day of walking and exploring the city.

Perfect place to stay in Tbilisi. Nice view, clean, spacious, and amazing host. The location is really good with numerous pubs, bars, and restaurants around, but the house itself is cozy and quiet. Definitely recommend it 101%. Thanks to the staff!

The place is great. It's just like the pictures, neat and tidy. The location of the apartment is fantastic, just 2 minutes away from the major sights. The staff is at your service and responds quickly to messages. I highly recommend this listing.

Great, big and very nice apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were with a baby and place was setup with all you need. Location is as central as it gets in Tbilisi. Hosts are very nice and helpful and respond to any question very swiftly. And last but not least: beds were the most comfortable ones I have seen in years! :)

The apartment is located near Liberty square, a 5-minute walk away. Various scenic spots are about 5 minutes also, so you can walk to them all. The apartment is very clean and comfortable to stay in. We were having breakfast in a restaurant “Amorame” which was nearby and they served the best Georgian Khinkali Dumplings.
