Just Langhe Casa Dolcetto

The property was clean.

It was very remote, had to request additional toilet paper and purchase our own paper products. However, our biggest complaint was that the owner(s) never even acknowledged us. Never met the owner(s).

The view was gorgeous and the kitchen had everything we could need. The host was patient when we ran a little late and it was overall a very relaxing stay.

There were a lot of bees the time of year we went.

The property is located in the very middle of the most picturesque part of Piedmont, close to Barolo. It is on the top of one of many hills in the area and the view is beautiful. There are plenty of good wineries around as well as food options and nice places to visit. The house has 1 floor and is basically a large apartment with 2 rooms, a small (but fully equipped) kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. It is better to arrive by car, and there is an allocated free parking (with a roof), which is very convenient. There are some stairs from the parking, but there is an alternative and easily accessible entrance on the other side. The host, Luigi, is very helpful and is always available by whatsapp if you have any question/request. The communication is easy, check-in/check-out are straightforward. The house has all appliances you may need, including a hair dryer, an iron, a fridge, a dishwasher, etc.

A lovely spot in a quiet location in the heart of Langhe. Modern building with a private garden. Cozy terrace exit directly from the bedroom where you can enjoy with glass of wine and impressive view of Italian Alps. Barolo, which is famous for local wines, is nearby 5 minutes by car. The owner is very friendly and always accessible, if you need good advice.
