The Nest Siekel Townhouse

- The location, close to the heart of Victoria (Ir-Rabat). - Very safe place - The rooftop terrace, bathed in sunlight from the morning. Super pleasant for having breakfast. - The very nice environment, with nature in front of the appartment, no overlooking neighbors, and a peaceful atmosphere.

- The lack of cleanliness. The apartment seems clean at first glance, but upon closer inspection, it's clear that this isn't the case. The floor was sticky in some spots, and there was dust on all the shelves and in the corners. - Dirty and sticky kitchen utensils (dirty kettle, sticky toaster, a disgusting frying pan, dirty oven dishes). Check the photos. - No shutters. The Venetian blinds are ineffective and barely block the light. Be prepared for an early wake-up... Bring a sleep mask if you're sensitive to light while sleeping. - The living room is quite narrow, lacking space, and there’s no coffee table for enjoying snacks in front of the TV. - Lack of storage in the bathroom for toiletries. Not a single shelf! - This is a minor detail compared to the rest, but the frame in the bedroom is really unappealing. Is it possible to change it ??? :-)

The location is very nice. The host was very communicative and helpful in every way possible....understood our issue and even issued a partial refund.

The place was not so clean and the beddings had to be changed before we could use. The shower lacks a shower carpet as it is quite slippery. Lack of foot and hand towels. Some lights dont work...need changing. The house has 3 floors....kitchen and living on 1st, Bedroom and bathroom on 2nd. Laundry room and terrace on 3rd floor.

Lovey character property really well appointed with everything you would need.It was an easy 10 minute walk into town. The roof terrace had lovely views with a glimpse of the sea. The check instructions were very clear.
