55 Incline Way - Saundersfoot Coastal Retreat with Patio & Parking

A lovely home, beautifully presented in a good location for enjoying all that Saundersfoot has to offer.

We liked everything.

Location great - a 10min walk into Saundersfoot :)

Lighting in kitchen v poor - used head torch one evening to wash up.

Das Haus ist von Innen angemessen sauber. Da es über eine Agentur vermietet wird, hat man jederzeit eine ansprechbare Person. Die Größe hat uns zu zweit gefallen. Es liegt etwas oberhalb des Dorfes und damit recht ruhig.

Der Außenbereich ist völlig vernachlässigt gewesen, sowohl vor als auch hinter dem Haus. Wir haben uns auf der Terrasse nicht wohl gefühlt und schmutzig waren die Außenmöbel und auch die Terrassentür ebenfalls. Wir haben unsere Kritik allerdings auch nicht geäußert oder um Behebung des Missstandes gebeten. Da über eine Agentur vermietet wird, mussten wir über einen Link doch noch unsere Daten weitergeben.

The House and it's location we're great and we felt very comfortable during our stay

A very small negative was the Garden/Patio area of the house. It was great to have the outdoor space but it's desperately in need of a bit of weeding and a spruce up

Good location, lovely clean house with good facilities

A second key would’ve been helpful as I sometimes wanted to go out separately to my parents

All of the facilities were excellent and the place was very clean and well decorated. Access was easy and the location was very good for walking to the town and beach.

The only issue and this was not the fault of the property was that the path to the town was closed during the day while it is being re-made, but this was not really an issue top us as we only used it in the evenings, and the work should eb finished shortly.

Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, lovely shower, cosy and comfortable.

The decking out the back needs replacing but it didn’t affect our stay. Plenty of patio space to use instead.
