Уютная и чистая квартира. Есть все для удобного проживания. С балкона можно увидеть и город и часть залива. В здании есть лифт. Хозяйка всегда на связи. Старый город, магазины, инфоцентр, набережная в пешей доступности 5-10 минут. Приехали бы мы сюда еще - однозначно ДА!

Дом стоит у дороги, шумновато при открытых окнах.

Apartament spațios, curat și mobilat frumos , cu bucătărie mobilata și dotată cu de toate , ne-au primit cu bomboane, apa și suc in frigider, foarte drăguț.

Location is awesome. There is an old town in 5 minutes and a lot of grocery stores near. There was everything you need to make food and coffee. The landlord is very friendly.

The door in the shower doesn’t close

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Budva. The standard of the apartment is very high — everything is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained, making it a very comfortable place to relax. The view is absolutely stunning, with a wonderful panorama of the sea. The location is also perfect — just a short walk to the beach, the Old Town, and nearby shops. The communication with the owner was excellent. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Budva.

Sjajan apartman, vrlo blizu obale, sa puno svetla i sa pogledom na more. U apartmanu smo imali sve što nam je bilo potrebno za boravak. Jedna od bitnijih stavki je parking mesto u garaži, što u Budvi može puno da znači. Kreveti udobni, Wi-Fi odličan i u blizini partmana je bilo gomila prodavnica, restorana i kafića.

Апартаменты очень чистые и ухоженные. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, даже больше: кофе, чай, напитки, сладости — приятный бонус для гостей. Также хороший запас бытовой химии, которого хватает на длительное время. Очень удобно, что есть стиральная и сушильная машины — это делает проживание ещё более комфортным. Отдельно хочется отметить хозяина: очень внимательный, всегда на связи, готов помочь по любым вопросам и с удовольствием рекомендует интересные места для посещения в городе. Отличное расположение все в пешей доступности.

Присутствует немного шум с дороги, но это будет минусом только для тех гостей который любят идеальную тишину

It is a very nice and modern apartment, fully equipped with everything you might need (kitchen, washing machine, dryer, TV, high-speed internet, air conditioning). The location is excellent, just about a 7-minute walk to the promenade. The owner, Ana, is wonderful – very helpful and full of positive energy. The pictures on booking.com are genuine, updated and in real life the overall impression from apartment is even better. Overall, a perfect place to stay.

Everything was very good. The apartment is close to the main road (Adriatic road), so with the windows open you may hear some traffic. This is easily solved by keeping the windows closed and using the air conditioning, which works perfectly. Personally, it didn’t bother me at all, as I’m used to city life, but for guests looking for complete silence it might be worth mentioning. The location on the Adriatic road on other hand is very convenient for tourists arriving by car. Ana also rents three other apartments in quieter locations (Apartman Anna The Canne Budva, Apartman Anna Denovici, Apartman Anna Budva), which could be a great alternative if you prefer absolute calm.

Everything is new, AC, big TV, comfortable beds and parking included.

Apartment located on the hill as most of the buildings in that area so you need to be prepare to walk upstairs after the beach

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Separate master bedroom for parents and big sofa-bed for kids in the living room. Perfect Bathroom with comfortable shower and great attention to detail of a host: Hairdryer, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, even earpicks. The property had a washing machine with all required detergents and it is great when you have small kids. Kitchen had all the required equipment: dishwasher, fridge, oven, kettle, even dolce gusto coffee machine. The host even left us some beverages in the fridge. Balcony with a view to the sea. The property is located on the Main Street that goes through the city, but it wasn't too noisy. It was close to the Old Town and the beaches. The host was very hospitable nice lady that picked us up from the airport in Tivat, so we didn't have to worry and search for a place. She is fluent in Italian and Serbian, but there was no problem to communicate as the host could of course use online translators. All her recommendions regarding food and excursions and transportation was worth using.

I can not think of one thing. It perfectly met our expectations.
