From outside property looks good

There are so many insects in the room. Bed sheet and pillows are used by so many people. When I requested to change it, there reply was Laundry will be come after 10PM. So we will change that time. In night they do clean the room. And even than they does not change in evening time also

Honesty of receptionist that there is power issue and call up booking.com customer care and ask for transfer. Finally took AC room as I had limited time

Dirty bedsheets, very dirty blankets, lift working sometimes and sometimes not (could be power issue) l, not providing extra bed even after requesting while booking
