Close to airport. Charming staff who were smiling and helpful. Comfortable rooms.

Breakfast doesn’t start until 7am - too late for travellers with an early flight.

The standard of the hotel - not only reception and our room but all areas of the hotel that we visited - was excellent, lovely even. The staff and service was also wonderful: reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient; staff in the restaurant at breakfast were friendly and attentive. As a hotel near the airport before a flight or after a late arrival this is as close to perfect as you can get.

This is an airport hotel. It's not somewhere to spend a week on holiday. The immediate surroundings are not pretty and there are flight paths overhead. You know that when you book - that's the deal it's not a problem or a negative really.

The hotel was very convenient for Dalaman airport especially when arriving late. The restaurant was open until 11.00pm and the reception staff were very helpful in getting us a taxi and directing us to the town for shopping.

Breakfast finished very promptly at 10.00am!

Room smelt of smoking

Very convenient location to the airport . Not far from shops and restaurants. Staff are super friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

You could tell we were out of season. No pool. Our room wasn’t the cleanest there was medication left in the room from previous guests . The shower cubicle had mould. This was our second time staying so we knew what the standards are usually like.
