During our stay at this Ramada hotel, we experienced several unusual issues. Surprisingly, the hotel did not have a bellboy service, which is unexpected for an international hotel brand. Despite the good location, we had to carry and move our luggage ourselves, which reduced overall convenience. The location of the hotel was good and accessible, but the internet service did not work properly and was unreliable throughout the stay. This caused inconvenience, especially for guests who require stable connectivity. Breakfast was just acceptable—neither bad nor impressive—and remained average overall. Other hotel services were also average and did not stand out in terms of quality or efficiency. The room itself was fine and reasonably comfortable, especially when considered in relation to the price paid. Overall, the stay felt value-for-money in terms of room quality, but service gaps and missing basic facilities affected the experience.
