Robinson retreats Southerness pet friendly caravan with sea views

Superb sea views in a very comfortable and cosy caravan, just set back from the sea front. It was very well equipped too.

One thing that could be improved is communication from the owner after the property was booked. I booked the property 11th May and I'd queried the check in time on the 12th. The owner did not respond until the 19th which was the night before we were due to arrive. Given the distance we were travelling to get there that really had me worried as I envisioned arriving without a property to get into. Thankfully it all worked out. We struggled to get the Wi-Fi to work. The owner was really helpful in trying to address it though.

Super clean and amazing views. Perfect for our family getaway this weekend and amazing weather. Convenience shop on the site, which is very big. This caravan is at what seemed the quieter end which suited us perfectly. Friendly people on site.

Beautiful caravan in peaceful area of park, caravan was immaculate so clean and fresh, all the small touches make it so homely, hosts have thought of absolutely everything, lovely gesture of a welcome pack too, lovely sea views too and near the beach wouldn't hesitate to book in the future, excellent value for money, would totally recommend, thanks again Maureen and Martin n wee Murphy the daschund

Nothing we didn't like everything was perfect

Stunning location, beach right in front of you with fantastic views. Really liked all the added extras and really nice to see how child friendly it was (toys, books, cutlery etc). Very clean with everything you need and have very friendly hosts who went above and beyond.

Beach view and how close the beach was to the caravan was fantastic

I loved how clean the caravan was. It was beautifully well kept, specially for a dog friendly caravan! The beds were lovely and comfy and the bedding was so lovely and soft. So many little extras like washing up liquid and cleaning products etc provided that isn’t normally that really added that above and beyond feel. Also, Kelly was so accommodating and did her absolute best to get us in sooner than the check in time because we’d travelled. Amazing service thank you so much!

Caravan exceptional, very clean & comfortable. Owners provided everything you need, including a delightful welcome pack. Communication with owners was excellent, couldn't do enough. Will definitely book again
