We orginally came to ski but the mountain was closed so bought bikes and walking shoes instead. We had a lovely weekend and loved it. The highlight for the children was the pet lamb Flopsy =). Beautiful cottage with everything you need. We had some lovely farm walks and wish we had explored further over the farm. Short day trip to Hamner. Great spot, thanks again.

Excellent, quiet location for winter, with a great view of the snow-capped mountains and the braided river. The house is nicely renovated and once the fire is going, toasty warm.

WOW! What a wonderful find in the countryside to relax and unwind. ❤️ Well furnished, spacious, and extremely comfortable (couches, beds, linen, shower, warmth/heating). Good Wifi. The deck and views are sensational. A large enclosed carport by entrance door is great for unloading and loading. We enjoyed walking up the farm track. Our hosts Claire and Barry were very hospitable. The location, being close to small towns like Waiau, Rotheram, Culverden and Hanmer Springs made for a great day outing. 🤩
