Super Hotel O Cooum Riverview Chennai Formerly Nimalan Residency

We did not check in to this hotel and had to make alternative arrangements. The hotel was in a horrible condition, everything broken & very shabby & unclean. Looks like booking. com does not verify properties listed on its platform and the reviews are all fake. Please look into the quality of the properties listed on your platform and avoid unnecessary hassles to customers who travel all the way and find the property disappointing.

The property was in a horrible condition. In fact there was no hotel there. We didn't check in and had to make alternative arrangements.

スタッフが英語出来ないながらも、蚊よけのお香を用意してくれた。暑い中、常駐してくれている。たぶん、ただいるだけ。

写真と全然違う。とても汚い。マットレスがくたびれている。シーツにシミがたくさんある。蚊の大群が部屋にいて、数十匹倒したが、まだまだ10匹くらい天井にいる…。シャワーがない。不快。 値段相応ではない。 掃除の仕方をしっかり確認した方が良い！ 宿泊施設としての設備を整えた方が良い！
