Lake house kayacık Resort

Positively surprised. Modern wooden cottage equipped in such an efficient way that the owner must have travelled a lot to have such a good experience. In German I would say "das ist der Hammer". Very good price for 2 rooms, 4 persons. The location is a bit remote, difficult to reach, but very close to the airport. Still a pity to stay only one day/night in this wonderful oasis just for airport traffic. Not to mention the washing machine, also an important part to recover from the hotel room to hotel room travelling. We would have liked to stay longer, but fully booked. Furthermore I would like to thank Murat for his kind support.

Very well set up house, well suited to families (sofa beds if you need them). It was clean, spacious, grassy area outside and each house has its own lovely little lake ‘hut’ where you can sit and eat. Air con worked very well and cooled the place down surprisingly quickly. The stairs up and down are quite steep but my kids both managed well. Location is peaceful, but be prepared to drive at least 10 minutes to get anywhere. It’s close to the airport but although you could hear the planes, it was just a dull rumble in the background. Mehmet was a great host- we arrived much later than planned (at midnight) after flight delays etc and he greeted us as we drove up, he helped carry bags and asked if we needed anything. When I said water, he actually went out and bought us cold bottled water!

We loved it! Just a couple of little suggestions.. 1. The option of a baby gate at the top/bottom of stairs. (I was always worrying if my one year old was climbing on her own!) 2. A shelf in the bathroom for toiletries would be really helpful to put a few things on. 3. The kitchen was well stocked, just missing a couple of things such as chopping board and tea towel. But nothing we couldn’t survive without!

Cleanliness and the peaceful surroundings.

The Wifi was poor and it is a distance from the city centre. Having a rented car, which we did, is best.

The host was next-level friendly and accommodating. He helped with everything from taxis, to kayaking. The place was gorgeous, air-conditioned throughout, well equipped kitchen and TV; the private gazebo on the river is a lovely touch. A perfect end to our holiday

There’s no drowning out the sound of the planes taking off and landing at nearby Dalaman airport; but worth it for the spectacle of watching planes fly over the mountaintop at sunset in an electrical storm.

If you dont have a car you will have no other option than a taxi to commute. Taxis are little expensive

The Property very Clean, Very Spacious. With unique Access and total tranquility and it’s very good properly to somebody who is looking for total calmness.

The Room , the living room and the air condition add to it the comfort of the furniture and the nearby of take away food. If you prefer not to cook.
