La posizione e soprattutto la disponibilità dello staff. Un ringraziamento speciale a Alessandro e Giulia, che hanno fatto i salti mortali per ovviare alle tante criticità della struttura.

Le camere: troppe le cose che non vanno, in primis la pulizia e la scarsa attenzione delle donne delle pulizie! Da migliorare la colazione.

Gentilezza e cortesia hanno fatto da cornice al nostro breve soggiorno in questa struttura. Siamo stati accolti dal gentilissimo e simpatico Alessandro che ci ha servito e consigliato gli ottimi piatti dello chef. La colazione buonissima e abbondante. Siamo stati molto bene.

Troppa moquette fastidiosa, soprattutto per chi soffre di allergie.... più pulizia nelle mattonelle della doccia...non è piacevole vedere la muffa nera!

"Perfect Central Location"

Location was excellent, staff friendly, great transportation from and to Milan airport.

My room faced the bar downstairs and the loud music went on to almost 1am so it was difficult getting any sleep.
