Nothing

There was no remote for guests, we had to call everytime we were going in or out, had to ask for a kettle to drink coffee, there was no coffee, sugar or milk, we had to ask for it. The room had dull lights, with a dirty mat. There was no air freshener, we had to fight to get it, the owner told us that the reason they are not putting it was because the guests were stealing it and he cannot spend R500 on air fresheners. Our stay was very horrible shame, on top of that he was unapologetic, he was just defensive.
