"For the money it's worth I think better can be done ."

The table next to the bed was broken . There was a sugar and coffee container ( achaar container) and no kettle . The bed sheets were not in good shape ( burn holes ) . The TV wasn't working.

Safe area and secured parking

Paid more than what the I had secured the room for on booking.com. The room was just okay to sleep in for 1 night, wouldn't recommend it for longer stays.
