The location

A hospedagem fica muito bem localizada, confortavel, café da manhã saboroso, staff muito gentil.

Quarto ficou frio demais e sem aquecedor.

Me entregaron a los días llaves de la puerta exterior, que no fué apropiado.

I stayed here twice and had two very different experiences. Overall positives. The location was amazing! Super close to the central plaza and restaurants. The staff was very nice and helpful and they took security very seriously. The hotel was clean and in good condition and quiet on the inside. They offer an airport shuttle which I recommend taking and they will help you book tours from Cusco. All leftover food from breakfast is donated to the needy which was great to hear. The staff was helpful but could be hard to get ahold of, especially the manager. My first room was also very loud at night from the nearby clubs and it got really cold both of these were due to the skylight. I had an issue with my first room because of ongoing construction and it was hard to get ahold of them to report it. Because of the problem with my room they upgraded me to a better room for the second stay and gave me free airport transit. The second room was much better. I had none of the same issues as the first. It was a lovely stay.

Overall negatives. The rooms are a little warn down and the doors aren't very sound proof but luckily the hotel is quiet. I had only a couple issues with hot water availability but I had more issues with the water pressure. Hot water is an issue at all hotels in Cusco and I feel this place was better than most. There is no heating in the hotel but they provided ample blankets. This is normal as most hotels in Cusco do not have heating. There were no windows in either room I stayed in. The bathrooms are very small. The breakfast was minimal but adequate. They only served it from 7-9am so I only ate it once because I always left too early on tours.
