El servicio de Ruth y todo el personal fue excelente. La ubicación muy buena y durante la noche no se escuchaba ruido externo. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. Siempre tuve agua caliente disponible y habían mates disponibles. Regresaría definitivamente!

"Perfecto hospedaje"

Todo muy bien! Está cerca a la plaza, el lugar es acogedor, la habitación es calientita, el agua caliente funciona todo el día, el desayuno bufet es lo suficientemente variado, el personal es super amable. Volvería de todas maneras!

Ao chegar na hospedagem me oferecem um upgrade gratuito. O quarto é lindo, super confortável, com uma sacada pra a rua. Café da manhã simples mas gostoso. Funcionários atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar. A localização é excelente, muito próximo a Plaza das Armas.

Gostei de tudo.

Excelente servicio y buena localización cerca de la Plaza de Armas. El personal muy amigable y atento a nuestras necesidades. Nos ayudaron con varios pedidos nuestros. Pudimos organizar nuestros tours con ellos también y todos fueron excelentes. Muchos sitios de comer muy buenos y cercanos. No tuvimos ningún inconveniente. ¡Lo recomiendo!

Mooie ligging in oude centrum van Cusco. Goed ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Er is geen verwarming op kamer en ook niet in de ontbijtzaal.

"Goed adres maar iets overprijst."

De ligging is ideaal, 5 min van plaza armas. Mooie ruimte om te eten vol planten en bloemen.

De kamer is verouderd en vochtig en de badkamer kan properder. Vooral de schimmel stoort. Op het eind van de straat zijn een paar louche cafés die vooral s'avonds veel zatte jongeren trekken. Kan beetje onveilig aanvoelen. Ontbijt is lekker maar zeer beperkt.

La atención magnífica ! Las chicas del aseo y el desayuno muy atentas , el Lugar cerca a la plaza con locación magnífica . La habitación limpia todos los días ! Volveré cada vez que pueda 🙌🏻🫶🏻

새벽 투어로 아침을 못 먹었는데 간다한 도시락 싸줘서 너무 좋았어요, 직원은 너무 친절하고 밤에 추울까봐 온수팩 제공도 해줬어요 시설 침대 좋아요

화장실이 작아서 조금 불편했는데 그냥 사용할 만 했어요
