Blue Topaz Villa with Private Pool

Nice villa with nice pool and great location

That we couldn’t stay longer.

The outside area was amazing, we had loads of fun as a family playing in the pool all day. I particularly enjoyed watching the sport on the big outside screen 😊. Villa was clean with good amenities and the beds were super comfy. Nick was a great host and really welcoming. Location for us was perfect as it’s quiet but close to Nafplio, however you do need a car in my opinion.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this charming home in Nafplio and truly didn’t want to leave! The private pool was such a highlight—we spent our days swimming and lounging around it, savoring the peaceful environment and the sun. It was the perfect spot for relaxation, and we hardly needed to venture out, though the town was conveniently close by for those times we wanted to explore. We were planning on a few beach days at Karathona Beach but just didn't feel like venturing out when we had the pool all to ourselves! The outdoor projector was a fun bonus; watching movies under the stars was a highlight of our evenings. The house itself was really comfortable, with two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, which gave everyone plenty of room. The full kitchen was handy for cooking, though it could use a bit of an update, but the owner mentioned renovations are coming this winter, so that’s exciting! Plus, it’s not far from the town, so exploring was easy when we wanted to. We did have a car to get to town, as it is a bit too far to walk in the heat. We also ordered in and it was easy for volt (like uber eats) to find us! All in all, it was a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. We loved every minute and would definitely recommend it! Niko & his mom were helpful with any questions we had! We have found our new home away from home when visiting the family in Nafplio!!

Everything was great!

The outdoor area is indescribably beautiful. The pool was fantastic, the garden very well-kept and the view of the Palamidi fortress fantastic. The movie screen by the pool guarantees an unforgettable movie experience.

Need of more shadow in the Pool area

Location- at the end of a dead-end road next to a hill. Superb view of Palamidi fortress. 24-hour bakery/food hall 5 minutes walk. Centre of town easy to walk to (30 minutes). Pool- clean, modern, salt-water. Three depths, good for adults & children. Garden- pretty & varied. Interior- beautiful lounge & comfortable bedrooms. Lovely fireplace & huge ammonite in the kitchen. Great communications from owners.

Doors to bedrooms & main bathroom very noisy to close & didn’t stay shut. These are not complaints, but suggestions to make this property even more wonderful. Kitchen & bathrooms need upgrading to match standard of lounge; bedroom wardrobes/units a bit dated & not up to the same high standard; kitchen had everything needed but units a bit dated.

- Nick is a fantastic host, very helpful and friendly. - The property is in a safe secluded place with easy access by car to all the services you need - bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, petrol. - the outdoor space around the pool is 10/10, well thought out design and a wonderful view of Palamidi Fortress. - the Villa is a great place to base yourself for a week to explore the area or just to chill by the pool.

- unfortunately the whole of the property is not fully renovated, the bathroom is old and the kitchen units are also. Guests should bare this in mind.
