Location, well appointed rooms and kitchenette, plenty of linens and paper supply, neat and tidy, ductless ac/heat, quick hot water, great mattress, very comfy couch, very safe and private. Really nice neighborhood close to so much. Morning and evening shady little deck to sit. Frequent communication via email and text from hosts.

Steep stairs up to unit, tv set-up not easy to operate, slightly tricky parking on gravel section of driveway. 10 a.m. check out. These are small complaints. This is a great deal and a very good place to stay. Folks with limited mobility won't be able to do the stairs.
