Monolocale piccolo ma curato, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Posizione ottima. Di fronte centro commerciale con tutti i servizi.

Esteticamente da fuori i palazzi non sono un granché, sono un po’ deteriorati. Un po’ difficile capire dove si trova esattamente perché sembrano tutti uguali. Abbiamo perso una mezz’ora per capire bene l’ingresso

Tidy apartment with all you need. Overall is tidy and clean, kitchenette with all essentials. Supermarket in less than 5 minutes walk. If you want to have baggage storage, there's one at supermarket (for not big baggage). Otherwise can go to the property agency at old town which takes 25 minutes walk.

in a dodgy building and access directly from street that feel sense of insecurity. Carpark is directly outside your room door. Strange organisation of apartment that need to step down to go in and up to bathroom. Inadequate space for the landing at entrance and also to small bathroom. A bit stinky smell from bathroom as well. No place for toilet paper or clothes, the toilet paper is placed on the bin directly when we arrive.

La proximité du centre ville La literie

Nous avons eu beaucoup de difficulté à trouver l appartement situé dans une zone très populaire et presque en sous sol. Juste une fenêtre et une porte d entrée sans rideau Une salle de bain exiguë. Le code wifi erroné on a du appeler le supposé propriétaire . Bref un appartement beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation comparé aux autres appartements que nous avons eu moins cher et d une qualité nettement supérieure. Le prix n est pas justifié du tout pour cet appartement.

We were only staying for a few hours, however it was an uncomfortable stay. There was no toilet paper, and we couldn't connect to the host in time. The wifi was also not working. We had lot of luggage so parking the car after a long day further away and carrying luggage was frustrating. Although it's better than most places in Zadar during the peak summer season. The bed was comfortable and kitchen had some coffee which was helpful. Overall stay was not great though.

A tulajdonos megemgedte hogy hamarabb bemegyünk,nagyon szép, tiszta és jó volt az apartman .A tulajdonos kommunikatív volt így hamar eltudtuk érni őt,iszonyatosan jó helyen van közel vannak a boltok és megannyi szép hely én csak ajánlani tudom.

Het bed lag wel echt lekker. Verder is het huisje wel exact zoals het op de foto's staat.

Voor ons leek alles een beetje viezig, er zaten vlekken in meubilair en er lag her en der nog wat vuil op de grond. Wifi wachtwoord wordt doorgegeven, maar internet werkt vervolgens niet. Als je dit aangeeft krijg je opnieuw bericht met dezelfde wifi, waar je dus geen internet op hebt. Bij de badkamer heb je bijna geen ruimte.
