"Kilka małych poprawek i będzie idealnie !"

Lokalizacja perfekcyjna! Wszędzie poruszaliśmy się pieszo. Właścicielka również bardzo pomocna, łatwy i szybki kontakt. Dodatkowo dostaliśmy możliwość pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Łóżko duże, wygodne, kuchnia wyposażona, klimatyzacja dawała sobie świetnie radę, dodatkowo była farelka, która dogrzewała nam pokój.

Przede wszystkim ciemność w obiekcie- jako, że jest to kamienica, nie wiadomo było jaki jest dzień i godzina. Dodatkowo prysznic- po 5 minutach zaczynała lecieć zimna woda, a kabina była dość mała i wciąż wylewała się z niej wodą w trakcie krótkiej kąpieli. Drzwi - zdarzyło się w trakcie naszego pobytu, że główne drzwi wejściowe do kamienicy zatrzasnęły się i dopiero po 15 minutach uratował nas jeden z sąsiadów.

Lokalizacja super! Kuchnia wyposażona wystarczająco, klima z funkcją grzania, bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy. Mieszkanie czysciutkie i bardzo ciche w spokojnej okolicy w centrum Katanii. Dla mnie osobiście aż za ciche. Rano ze względu na słabe światło naturalne (mieszkanie na 2 piętrze w 4-ro piętrowej kamienicy, a okna na nieduży wewnętrzny dziedziniec) i ciszę, trudno było zorientować się, która właściwie jest godzina i jaka pogoda. Wydawało się, że jest pochmurno, a po wyjściu na ulicę - pełne słońce.

Ciepła woda tylko na szybki prysznic (2-3min). Niby każdy zdąży się umyć, ale na początku po lądowaniu w trakcie cyklonu, po przemarznięciu w drodze z lotniska do domu, po namydleniu przeżyłem szok musząc płukać się w zimnej wodzie !!! Materac jak dla mnie zbyt miękki (ale to moje indywidualne odczucie)

Apartamentul este situat într-o zonă centrală, la 4 minute de Catedrală, și totuși foarte liniștit. Bucătărie relativ echipată. Saltea confortabilă și așternuturi de calitate. Check-in ușor.

Apartamentul are nevoie de o curățenie generală și o mică renovare. Miros urât pe hol și în bucătărie. Doar 1 prosop mare și 2 prosoape medii pentru 2 persoane 2 nopți.
