The rooms were ok. Can locate easily Staff try to be friendly but couldn't succeed. Experience not that great.

Cleanliness was poor, staff poor, food not available and didn't even take initiative to help considering senior citizens and kids starving. No service at all you ask them to get something they will take ages to get. No value for money it's too expensive and when you try to book they show prices without tax and GST. They did almost a fraud with us. We hardly stayed for 9 hours and the experience was very bad. ☹️☹️😢😢

rooms were perfectly awesome, washrooms and all over infrastructure is good. staff is pretty good and cooperative. highly recommend if you need a good quality stay in cheaper price.

the only drawback here is that on the ground floor they have a bar, and this hotel's location is in industrial area, so majority of the crowd are mostly factory workers. secondly there is no lift, but the staff is very good and polite they'll carry all your luggage to your rooms.
