RSApartman je čist, kreveti i jastuci su udobni. Domaćini su ostavili pun frižider pića, kapsule za kafu, kao i nešto od hrane za udoban boravak. Dobili smo jasna uputstva kako da stignemo do apartmana, tako da je sve bilo odlično. Domaćini su veoma predusretljivi.
Stepenice koje vode do apartmana su uske i strme. Nama nije predstavljalo problem, ali ne bih ga preporučila ljudima sa otežanim kretanjem.

GBThis was our second stay at Casa Maria Rosa Deliziosa and we loved it! Everything about the apartment is perfect. It’s clean, in a great locations and really homey. The owners are so lovely and always have the fridge stocked with drinks and snacks. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a safe, comfy base in Palermo.
ROA spotless, comfortable, and recently renovated home in a great area of Catania. The apartment is extremely well-equipped – from kitchen basics (including pasta, sauces, olive oil, drinks, snacks) to all appliances and amenities you might need (coffee machine, AC, washing machine, ironing board etc.). Highly recommended!
The check-in process could be simplified by using a key lockbox with a code at the entrance. This would make arrival more flexible and convenient, especially for guests arriving outside standard hours
ITGreat location, a stone's throw a way from downtown (Teatro Massimo, Ballarò, etc.). The hosts both welcomed us and made us feel at home. The apartment is spacious and could probably host a family of three-four too.

KRMy friend and I had an amazing time at Casa Maria Rosa Deliziosa. The apartment is so clean and has everything you will need. The location is also perfect for exploring Palermo. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood. Also, balcony is great for sitting outside and enjoying a coffee! The owners are lovely people too. I would recommend Casa Maria Rosa Deliziosa to anyone.
