Lokalita v blízkosti centra a relatívne dobrá dostupnosť autom aj na iné miesta.

Čistotu apartmánu by som dal asi na posledné miesto z hodnotiacich kritérií, poupratované takpovediac "na oko". Prach pod posteľami, za nábytkom. Zaprášené matrace a sedačka. Pleseň v sprchovom kúte. Mazľavý odkvapkávač na riad v drese. Čo sa vybavenia apartmánu týka, tak určite nám chýbala umývačka riadu, čo by už v dnešnej dobe mal byť štandard. Matrace vyležané, prepadnuté. Bazén a detský kútik dobre nafotené, ale v skutočnoti kapacitne poddimenzované na veľkosť celého ubytovacieho zariadenia.

Jó volt a mennyiség és a választék is jó volt.

Kávét nem lehetett főzni és nem is kaptunk hozzá a reggelinél instant kávét.
