Central Luxury Town House

Lovely house ,very clean and well presented. Had everything you needed ,added bonus is the garden Location was great Would definitely book again

The location was good. Parking was very useful. The host was quick to reply. Key pick up was straightforward. Shower was warm.

The house was cold and damp. The ground floor bedroom was the warmest but the heat rose up and escaped out of the stained glass skylight so the upstairs was cold. The front bedroom in particular was very cold and damp, the radiator in that room is not big enough. There was mould on the window frames and the wallpaper was peeling because of the damp in various rooms. You could feel every spring in the mattresses, there were no mattress toppers. And the duvets were very thin, not warm enough for the winter months and smelt and felt damp. We had to buy a cheap toaster and kettle to use because the ones in the kitchen were disgusting. The settee on the landing was very stained. There was a hole in the kitchen wall and a hat from a previous guest left in the kitchen. The lounge layout wasn't maximised so there wasn't enough seating for a big group to sit together unless you also used the dining room chairs. The ground floor bedroom ceiling had a water mark and on the second day water started dripping from the ceiling which we reported.

The location was perfect and the off street parking was a bonus. The house was really great for our large group and was clean and tidy.

The only two issues we would raise were not enough pillows on the beds. One 1 per person, 2 would have been better. Also the second night (Saturday) the tv in the living room wasn’t connected to the internet and we were unable to watch it

Location, onsuit bathrooms, well equipped property.

Mattresses in the property need replacing they are old and uncomfortable. Couldn't close the curtains as the curtains rails are dirty.
