Quiet location close to Flemingate shops,high street & station,Minster. Well equipped property. Lots of extras such as milk, cereal,tea etc. Sandra was available (phone) to sort a small issue that I had with washing machine-prompt response. Appreciated throws on sofa as a little chilly while I was there.

Not too keen on spiders (by & in cupboard underneath stairs & by bin) or the tiny little flies constantly appearing in bathroom sink.... The blinds in the bedrooms could do with replacing as you can't close them(curtains were good) could do with a bit of paint/plaster repair in places....all minor points,that wouldn't prevent me from staying again.

We liked the location of the house and my children particularly liked the loft bedroom. Received a message an hour early to say the house was ready as well which worked out perfect so we could drop our bags off before we went out for the day.

There was nothing we didn't like,

Spacious - private garden. Lots of cooking equipment. Comfortable beds, provide a parking permit. fantastic point of contact. Sandra is the most helpful point of contact I’ve ever spoken to. Info booklet with lots of good suggestions. I would go back and definitely recommend.

Nice house for our needs. Good size rooms.

Tv is very limited. If I hadn't had my own Netflix.Only a few channels.

The house was lovely, very clean with comfortable beds. The communication with the host was excellent. Great value for money.
