Great location, excellent customer service. Spacious apartment.

Wifi did t work well. Upstairs room got very hot.

La localisation de l'appartement est idéale. La climatisation était très bien venue car il a fait très chaud.

Le logement est vieillissant: Le canapé est très inconfortable, la cuisine peu équipée, la douche un peu difficile d'accès et la propreté n'était pas satisfaisante.

You can't beat the location, right next to the piazza. Large space with fun view of Verona rooftops.

Had to try to figure out how to get in for over an hour. Tried calling the phone number but it just rang and rang. They apparently sent a WhatsApp message saying I needed to send photo Id. Along with a link to submit payment for city tax which didn't work. I thought the whatsapp was a scam as I had something similar happen for a different booking so while I feel check in could have gone much smoother it wasn't the fault of the owner. The beds were ver firm which wasn't to our liking but of course that won't be the case for everyone. There was no coffee provided or laundry detergent so we had to try to find some. The main ac made loud clicking noises every 3 minutes and we notified the owner and they said they would look into it. No idea if they did or not since the next day was the same. It was so annoying I had to sleep in the upstairs with my daughter. 801-3438

Great location, great facilities, beds were very comfortable and the apartment was quiet. The space was well renovated.

Light switches were quite confusing, and it ma have helped to have some laundry detergent.

Spacious apartment in a central location. Bed and pillows were super comfy! We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags while cleaning was in progress and the cleaner handed over the keys. Payment of city tax was via a link which was convenient (as other properties insisted on cash).

The steps in the living room, near the bed in the downstair bedroom and leading to the bath pose a major risk. The climb to the upstair bedroom is quite steep but it didnt bother us as we did not use that room. The kitchen was bare…just a coffee machine but no coffee pods, tea or even kitchen towels/paper roll…there were heaps of jam and sugar (apparently left behind by a previous guest?). Host advised that it was against the law to provide tea/coffee…this was baffling as we stayed in apartments in Como, Venice and Milan and there were no such issues with dry items…only milk wasn’t provided which was clearly explained by those hosts. Past reviews in July and Oct 2024 refer to food been provided on arrival…There were no instructions whatsoever on use/availability of facilities and appliances, wifi password and useful local information…there was confusion when we had to leave the keys behind (we were told box 10 near the entrance) and then they couldn’t find the keys!
