Location is great. Inner court , silent. Airco worked very well.

The fridge is very small. This would be perfect for one person, but for two it's a bit tight.

"Cold surprise"

Very good location, clean apartment with all the basics.

Some pressure to move the check-in at an earlier time reminding that after 1.5h from my selected time there was an additional fee. Finally I had to retrieve the key from a lock (and this is ok) but got no information about the fact that hot water was off. Result: cold shower. Anyway the water heater doesn't even support a full hot shower.

"Poor customer service. Annoying "Portal" automatic emails."

No staff at the location. Rude staff. Need to arrange a meeting to get the key. Repeated emails to enquire about the traveller's whereabouts. Traveller must fill out a questionnaire on renter's "Portal" which duplicates info already provided to Booking com. No answers to traveller's emails. Received emails and calls warning that extra towel cost 15 Euros, late arrival incurs fees, must vacate within 10min. of check-out time.
