Ultra Central Mini Studio

Ilmastointi oli hyödyllinen helteellä. Pikkukeittiön ansiosta majoituspaikassa onnistui omien eväiden ja aamupalan syönti hyvin. Sänky oli hyvä nukkua ja tyynyjä oli riittävästi.

Äänet kuuluivat rappukäytävän osasta ja rappukäytävässä haisi välillä pahalle. Huone olikin yllättävän pieni, mutta keittiö pelasti tilanteen matkatavaroiden säilytyksessä.

The localisation of the room is absolutely marvellous. It took us not more than 15 minutes to get to any tourist attraction in the city. Nearby there are stores, restaurants, ATMs and money exchange points. The studio itself was very clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the walls were very thin so we could hear our neighbours all the time. The staircase is a bit old and dusty and makes a bad first impression until you enter the corridor where the studios are located, that are white and clean. We had some problems with opening the locker with the key, but finally we managed to get it. The amount of codes one has to type before entering the building, staircase and getting the key is a bit annoying, but I believe it makes the room safe from any strangers entering the property.

Da localização, cozinha e banheiros bons. Supermercado, restaurantes e lojinhas muito perto.

Quarto muito pequeno, com poucas condições de movimento.

Very modern, decent location next to the bars and close to the basilica. The host seem to be very nice with reminders and updates.

On arrival the room was dirty and lacked a good clean. There was an old clearly used sponge to do the washing with. This made all dishes seem to be dirty. Also the walls definitely need to be repainted as are quite dirty in most places. Overall the cleanliness’s of the apartment definitely need to be better. Also on our last morning, we smelt smoke and weren’t sure where it was coming from. When opened the front door a very bad smell of smoke clearly coming from the corridor where the cleaners were. Cleaners need to definitely be improved.

The location is really convenient just in the city center, and near to the airport shuttle bus station of 100E. Even a small room, you can have a kitchen and bathroom.

The pillow is not so comfortable. The soundproofing of the room is not so good, especially in the early hours of the morning (one time at 5:30 am, one time at 2:30 am), when someone entered another room, I would wake up from my sleep and could even clearly hear them talking and singing.
