Great location, close to the beach and shops. The apartment was nice and well equipped. Very clean.

We found the mattress in almost all the beds very uncomfortable and hard. It took us nearly 3 days to adjust.

Mieszkanie chyba w najlepsze możliwej lokalizacji na wyspie, około 3 km od centrum Funchal, przy samym morzu, dwa miejsca parkingowe w cenie mieszkania. Super widok z tarasu na Ocean. Fajne baseny dla dzieci i dorosłych (choć woda mogłaby być w nich cieplejsza). Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Siłownia również na plus

Niestety w opisie apartamentu widnieje informacja że posiada on klimatyzację - KLIMATYZACJI NIE POSIADA. Nie wiem dlaczego wynajmujący nadal nie zmienił tej informacji w ogłoszeniu (zgłosiłem to do booking.com) Byliśmy w Sierpniu więc brak klimatyzacji był dosyć uciążliwy - tym bardziej że w mieszkaniu były Karaluchy, przez co zalecano nam zamykać okna - niestety mimo tego, i tak kilka karaluchów pojawiło się w mieszkaniu Podczas naszego pobytu przy mieszkaniu odbywał się duży remont co znacznie utrudniało wypoczynek. Wynajmujący nas o tym nie poinformował przed przyjazdem. Jacuzzi nie działa - jest zniszczone od dłuższego czasu, o tym również gospodarz nie poinformował nas przed przyjazdem. Chciałem dać ocenę 5/10 ale niestety zostawiam 3, z uwagi na to że wynajmujący nie zmienił informacji o klimatyzacji i jacuzii wprowadzając nadal w błąd przyszłych klientów

De ligging was goed en oogde heel chique.

Bedden waren hard en we hadden kakkerlakken. Het zwembad was ook koud.

The apartment is huge and very well positioned with a proper sea view from the balcony.

The pool has some pretty strict rules, for me personally I like to enjoy a cold beer but that sets off the pool police. Get around this by putting your beers in green sparkling water bottles (plastic) 😉

On arrival the property was as we had seen advertised. It was clean, spacious and looked comfortable. The view from the balcony is spectacular and the pool and outside area are superb. Unfortunately due to the recent hot weather, we were bitten alive and it was impossible to relax on the balcony. In the lounge we were also being bitten either from the rugs or the upholstery. Unfortunately this spoilt our stay in the apartment as we just couldn't relax anywhere.

Advertised as having air conditioning but fans supplied so difficult to sleep at night

Great place to stay with family. With actual ocean view. Underground parking spot available, beach within a 5 min walk, city buses in front of the property. Great location and spacious apartment.
