"A lovely home with a very helpful owner 😊"

This property was a home from home. We stayed for one night and we had such a lovely time. It had everything you could ever need. The beds were comfy too. Pete was so helpful with information before we arrived and during our stay too. The house is in perfect location with a few minutes walk from the seafront and town. We definitely recommend anyone visiting Brighton to stay 😊

"Brighton 10k/marathon weekend."

Very comfortable and home like as soon as we walked through the front door. Nice quiet back street with bedroom on top floor.

The property location was great - very close to the seaside and town. Pete is a great host - very responsive and gave us lots of local info.

No parking at the property - although paid parking nearby.

The property was well situated right near Hove, and walking distance into central Brighton. The host communicated how to arrive and find the key perfectly and offered continued suggestions on what to do in the area. The property is small but well portioned and lovely waking up there being able to enjoy the beach a stones throw away. Would stay again.

The only issues is there is no direct parking outside of the property, however the host does offer lots of suggestions to help where to park and the best price.
